Our goal is to help educate homeowners on the benefits of solar in order to avoid the high energy price increases that are being implemented over these next few years.  

     

    Many people are unaware of the energy price increases that threaten the lively-hood of every homeowner still on the utility grid. It's our job at Exclusive to educate each consumer so they can make an educated decision on purchasing solar.  Our company has a guarantee to match or beat any competitors pricing, giving our sales professionals the advantage over the competition. You have the power to make decisions that are in your client's best interest.

     

    Sales experience isn't necessary, nor is solar industry experience.  We build relationships with our customers and try to find what is important to each individual. Every person on our team is trained and given the tools to be successful.  It's Exclusive's mission to ensure every sales professional on our team is successful and is earning the income they seeking to earn.  Sales professionals who average 1 sale a week potentially earns $150k a year when bonuses are included.

     

    This is a 100% Commission Position and is non-negotiable. Our sales professionals earn an average of $2,300 per sale, plus quarterly bonuses. The best thing about commission jobs such as this is the ability to control your time and income.  No more working 40 hours a week on someone else's timeline.  Set your own schedule and free up your most valuable commodity, which is your time.

    • Continue to educate self on solar and energy programs
    • Self Improvement
    • Must be able to attend weekly sales/training meeting
    • Able to conduct in home sales presentations
    • Able to speak and write clearly
    • Able to prospect new leads through door-to-door sales practices

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • Valid Drivers License
    • Must be 18 years of age and be able to legally work in the United States
    • Must be able to pass background check
    • Ability to build relationships
    • Ability to work in a team environment
    • Ability to use basic computer tools such as Microsoft Word, Google Drive, Gmail, Google Apps, Google Calendar
    • Excellent time management
    • Great people skills
    • Trainable and teachable
    • Minimum of High School Diploma, GED
